Crews tackle Lansing house fire Wednesday morning, save 2 dogs

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Firefighters were called out early Wednesday morning after a fire broke out at a home in Lansing.

The incident happened around 2:40 a.m. at the 3400 block of Lauderhill Circle on the city’s southwest side.

The Lansing Fire Department says flames were coming from the front window when firefighters arrived at the single-story home.

Fire officials say everyone inside the home made it out safely, including two dogs.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
