Plenty of businesses have closed in Lansing throughout the years, as is the cyclical nature of things. However, it’s not all the time that one reopens after several years. I was doing my usual social media scrolling when I saw something that made me stop in my tracks: the announcement of a restaurant now open in Lansing!
