When it comes to restaurants and eateries opening in Lansing in 2025, we’re already off to a good start. When know that a new drive-thru coffee spot called 7 Brew Coffee should be opening in south Lansing sometime in January. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant plans on opening near Eastwood Towne center in early 2025. Dave & Buster’s (also opening near Eastwood Towne Center) hopes to be open sometime this summer.
