EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State head volleyball coach Kristen Kelsay announced a pair of additions to the program’s support staff on Tuesday. Rachel Schneider will serve as the team’s technical coordinator and Ynhi Le joins as a creative media specialist.
“I am excited to announce the addition of Rachel and Ynhi to our staff,” said Kelsay. “We are so fortunate to have both a technical coordinator and a creative media specialist, who will help our program succeed both on and off the court. Ynhi and Rachel have excelled in their respective fields and come to East Lansing ready to hit the run ground running.”
Schneider arrives in East Lansing after one season as the program coordinator at Wake Forest where she managed all day-to-day operations for the Demon Deacons. A 2024 graduate of University of Toledo, Schneider supervised and trained student managers, tracked and analyzed team statistics using VolleyStation, synced film for review by student-athletes in Volleymetrics, designed spreadsheets for in-match statistics, tracked players’ statistical performances and created team travel itineraries…
