LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The former chief of the Perry Area Fire Rescue has been charged with two felonies.
Shiawassee District Court records show Guy Hubbard, 60, was charged and arraigned Thursday for one felony count of embezzlement of $100,000 or more and one felony count of embezzlement of more than $50 by a public official.
Those records show the Michigan State Police Flint Post investigated the alleged embezzlement.
