GRAND LEDGE – A former bar in the city’s downtown that’s been vacant for at least eight years was red-tagged and deemed unsafe last week.
But the property at 207 S. Bridge St., formerly home to the Barn Tavern, will still be redeveloped, said Nick Sinicropi, one of its owners.
Eaton County red-tagged the building on May 8, after staff viewed the building’s exterior and deemed some “parameters of the building” unsafe, Eaton County Communications Director Logan Bailey said.
