Eaton County Sheriff identifies man killed in ‘multiple’ vehicle hit-and-run

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Eaton County Sheriff’s Office has identified the 28-year-old man killed on June 7 in a ‘multiple’ vehicle hit-and-run.

Eaton County Dispatch reports that they received calls about a person down in the road near Waverly Rd. and Tecumseh River Rd. on Saturday, June 7, at approximately 10:42 p.m.

Deputies arrived on the scene to find the body of Jaqius Nakei Cox as well as “body parts” spread across the southbound lanes of Waverly Rd.
