If you were hoping a Spirit Halloween would show up in the old Party City location at the Frandor Shopping Center in Lansing, this is going to be disappointing.
America’s largest retail bookstore, Barnes & Noble, has announced plans for a second Lansing location at 420 N. Clippert Street, the same space occupied by Party City until its closure last year.
