MSU Extension offers free online mindfulness workshop for better sleep

Michigan State University Extension will offer a free Mindfulness for Better Sleep workshop via Zoom in August and September.

The program will consist of six 90-minute interactive sessions, led by MSU Health Educator Naomi Hyso, that focus on the benefits of mindfulness and sleep education. Participants will also learn techniques to improve the quality and quantity of their sleep.
