LANSING, Mich. — In response to reports of ICE agents making arrests in plain clothes and masks, Rep. Betsy Coffia (D-Traverse City) held a “Justice Needs No Mask” press conference at 11 a.m. discussing new legislation to ban masks for law enforcement, according to Coffia’s office.
