Michigan State Police hosts safety day

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Today, Michigan State Police (MSP) invites community members to a family-friendly event called “Safety Day”. The event started at 9 a.m. and will continue through 3 p.m.

The event will feature 40 stations that include fingerprinting, a hidden-in-plain-sight display trailer highlighting substance abuse in teens, and a child safety seat inspection station. MSP will also have a vehicle temperature demonstration to exhibit how dangerous hot cars are for kids.
