2-vehicle crash closes intersection near Frandor Shopping Center

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Roads on the east side of Lansing were closed after a two-car crash near the Frandor Shopping Center Wednesday afternoon.

6 News on the scene saw that at least two vehicles were involved in the crash. An SUV with airbags deployed and a pickup truck with front-end damage were located near the intersection of Clippert St. and Grand River Ave, which was closed until around 3:45 p.m. while responders worked the scene.

At least two Lansing Fire Department engines and three ambulances were also seen at the site, along with at least one police car.

6 News witnessed a woman in a neck brace on a gurney being lifted into the back of an ambulance. However, we cannot confirm the severity of her injuries, if any, at this time.

We also cannot yet confirm if anyone else was injured in the crash or how the crash occurred…
