LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Community organizations across Mid-Michigan are holding back-to-school backpack and supply giveaways as students prepare to begin the new school year.

Good Shepherds Love, the operators of the city consignment thrift store in Eaton Rapids, will be offering free backpacks and supplies from August 12 through the end of the month during business hours.
The store is located at 916 1/2 S. Main St. in Eaton Rapids.
Operating hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. The store is closed on Sunday.
