GRAND LEDGE, Mich. (WLNS) – A Grand Ledge couple has made it their mission to give farm animals a place to thrive, no matter their age or condition. 6 News visited the farm to speak to owners Bob and Vick Worthy about their inspiring story, and a recent call for help.
The Worthys spend their days caring for farm animals. They’ve got goats, sheep, horses, donkeys, and five full-size pigs–just to name a few.
“One of them was a young pig who kept invading the slaughter truck for about four hours,” said Bob Worthy. “So we want her to have a nice home.”
