3 men to stand trial for Easter Sunday Jackson homicide

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A Jackson County judge ruled three men will stand trial on charges stemming from an Easter Sunday incident in the city of Jackson that resulted in the death of John Lusch, 45, of Marshall.

Bryan Johnson, 21; Jemel Milton, 36; and Phillip Gauze, 40 are all being held without bail at the Jackson County Jail, accused of committing a homicide that happened at home in the 900 block of Orchard Place on April 20, 2025.
