City of East Lansing offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, in observance of Labor Day.
The East Lansing Hannah Community Center will be closed from Saturday, Aug. 30-Monday, Sept. 1, reopening at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2, for regular hours.
