Makhi Frazier gives great quote about Michigan State’s OL improvement

Watching Makhi Frazier break 100 rushing yards in his first career start on Friday night felt special. For one, he looked like a breakout star in the backfield, and two, the offensive line looked better than it had in years.

Frazier was impressive, rushing for 103 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries, and he was gashing the Broncos every time he touched the ball. He showed a ton of patience, but also, the line was getting a great push and opening more lanes than we’ve seen in years.

The second-year running back lived up to the preseason hype, getting his first start and turning it into a (lately) rare 100-yard game on the ground. We haven’t seen a running back barely break a sweat and run for 100 yards in the green and white since Kenneth Walker III. That’s how impressive the offensive line was on Friday night…
