2 young men charged for carrying concealed weapons in East Lansing

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The East Lansing Police Department (ELPD) has arrested two 19-year-olds for carrying concealed weapons, including a machete.

ELPD Lt. Adrian Ojerio reports that one of the suspects, a 19-year-old man from Detroit, has been charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon and one count of open alcohol in a vehicle.

The other suspect, a 19-year-old man from Lansing, was charged with one count of carrying a concealed weapon and one count of open alcohol in a vehicle.

Both of the men were arraigned by the 54-B District Court in East Lansing on Monday…
