LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Meet Macklemore, a sweet, shy cat who came to the Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter in 2023 when his owner couldn’t take him along. He was adopted into a loving home, but his new owner passed away.
The family tried to care for Macklemore, but with a dog in the household, Macklemore couldn’t settle in comfortably.
The noise in the shelter is overwhelming, and Macklemore often stays tucked away unless you offer your hand for a head scratch. Macklemore is a huge cuddlebug, and he is hoping for a quiet home to feel safe in again.
