I’m sorry, but when did this kind of behavior become acceptable?
Long story very short: I cannot use my washer and dryer at the moment and a decent amount of laundry needed to be done. So, I found myself at the laundromat.
It’s not my first time at a laundromat. I know that just like every other public space, there’s going to be a laundry list of different people I might encounter. However, never did I think this would happen.
Laundromat Etiquette 101
There I was, minding my own business, moving a load of towels from the dryer to the folding table when I noticed that a woman was folding clothes at her own table… barefoot! Completely barefoot—no shoes, no socks, nothing.
Please tell me this is not normal laundromat behavior. And don’t you dare tell me “only in Lansing” because that’s not an excuse…
