Corewell Health bought a 107-space surface parking lot near its Grand Rapids office park and proposed housing development for nearly $3.4 million from Michigan State University.
The health system purchased the roughly 1-acre property at 601 Ionia Ave. NW on Oct. 10, according to online property records. Crain’s reported in June that MSU was preparing to sell the property, though a buyer had not been identified.
