The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) received two PACE Awards from the Central Michigan Public Relations Society of America (CMPRSA) for its communications work supporting Michigan’s veteran population. The awards ceremony was held in Lansing, Michigan, where MVAA’s communications team was recognized.
MVAA received the Pinnacle Award for its Vietnam Veteran Recognition Certificate Campaign. The campaign aimed to recognize Michigan veterans who served during the Vietnam War era. Over 95 days, the campaign resulted in a 400% increase in certificate applications and a 606% increase in program page views. In 2025, more than 6,000 applications were submitted.
