LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– A man from Olivet is scheduled to be in court Monday after being accused of creating a false accounting license.
Joseph Vanator, 30, was arraigned on Friday in the 56A District Court in Charlotte on one count of accounting violations, a 5-year felony.

According to Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, the charges stem from allegations that he created a fraudulent certificate to obtain a license to practice public accounting, which appeared to be issued by the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
