LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Thomas Bergstresser, a 31-year-old man from Battle Creek, was arrested for assaulting a woman while the two were seated in the back of an Ingham County Sheriff’s Office patrol car on Sunday.
The sheriff’s office reports that deputies were sent to the area of Proctor Road and Carter Road in White Oak Township at around 1:00 a.m. for a single-vehicle rollover crash. The three people inside the vehicle were not injured.
