If you’re a big fan of Raising Cane’s, you’re in luck—the famous chicken chain is hoping to open a location in Lansing.
When and Where Raising Cane’s Plans to Open
News about Raising Cane’s came up during a public meetings in Delta Township. In one of those meetings, Planning and Economic Development Director Peter Menser said, “January 12 is the first Planning Commission in 2026″, “There, a Raising Cane’s chicken restaurant has proposed for construction at the northwest corner of Elmwood and West Saginaw.”
The northwest corner of Elmwood and Saginaw is where the Lansing mall is located.
