A pair from Michigan were allegedly riding around Ottawa in a stolen vehicle.
Ottawa Police on Wednesday morning arrested 40-year-old Joshua Wood and 40-year-old Angela Foster of Lansing, Michigan after stopping them on West Norris Drive. Wood is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a weapon, and violating his pretrial release. He’s locked up in the La Salle County Jail…
