Michigan plan to revamp mental health system faces opposition

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The first hearing on a state plan to revamp Michigan’s mental health system happened in Lansing Monday.

The plan would open up bidding to manage federal Medicaid dollars that flow into community mental health.
