LANSING — A Wellston man was arraigned in district court in Lansing this month for allegedly failing to report or pay sales tax collected through his propane company.
Mark Fischer, 61, was arraigned by Magistrate Laura Millmore in 54A District Court in Lansing on Dec. 5, according to court documents. A $5,000 personal bond was issued, which means the defendant signs an agreement pledging to return for all court dates without paying money up front.
