CHARLOTTE, Mich. (WLNS) – The City of Charlotte has rescinded a decision they made six days ago on how to replace the city manager. Instead, the council will form a search committee to fill the position.
The outgoing City Manager, Robert Hillard, gave his two-month notice on Nov 25. A special meeting was held on December 2 to discuss how to move forward.
