On Friday, December 12, 2024, the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close all lanes of southbound US-127 from M-43 to Trowbridge Road in Lansing. This closure is part of ongoing work to remove traffic control devices for the US-127 reconstruction project. The closure may last into the weekend, depending on weather conditions. There will also be intermittent ramp closures at Howard Street and Trowbridge Road.
