OWOSSO, Mich. — A fan made LEGO set recreating the iconic Pere Marquette 1225 locomotive could hit store shelves.
The train, which is located at the Steam Railroading Institute in Owosso, served as the inspiration for the titular Polar Express in the 2004 animated film.
Now, a LEGO Ideas petition is collecting signatures to make an official set of the locomotive ahead of it’s 85th birthday…
