EAST LANSING, MI — Michigan State University says it plans to pour millions of dollars into adding a second indoor riding arena to its Ag Pavilion just south of campus.
The MSU Board of Trustees has authorized the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources to begin planning the second indoor arena.
