NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EAST LANSING PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given of the following public hearings to be held by the East Lansing Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI, 48823.

  1. A request from Cody Dietrich on behalf of TDP Acquisitions, LLC, for approval of a Special Use Permit for a new building with height exceeding eight stories at 530 Albert Avenue. The applicant request is to construct a 13-story development consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom multi-family dwellings, ground floor commercial space, and two levels of interior parking. The property is zoned B-3 City Center Commercial Business District.
  1. A request from Evan Williams on behalf of Harbor Bay Ventures for approval of a Special Use Permit for a new building with height exceeding eight stories at 401, 421, 427 E. Grand River Avenue. The applicant request is to construct a 15-story mixed use development consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom multi-family dwellings, ground floor commercial space and one level of underground parking. The property is zoned B-3 City Center Commercial Business District.
