MASON, Mich. (WILX) – Governor Gretchen Whitmer has announced two redevelopment projects that will create 23 new apartments and commercial space in Detroit and Mason.
Together, the projects are expected to generate more than $8.7 million in total capital investment statewide while activating long-vacant properties.
