While chasing their 19th national championship, the Crimson Tide is navigating a major coaching change. On Dec. 20, it was revealed that co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Nick Sheridan has been hired as the Michigan State Spartans’ next offensive coordinator.
This season, Alabama’s offense is averaging 31.4 points per game and 380.1 total yards per game. Though Sheridan wasn’t the primary play caller in 2025, he has been influential to the team’s production.
