Lansing police investigate early morning shooting

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Lansing Police Department confirmed that a man was shot on Lansing’s northside early Friday morning.

LPD said in a news release sent to 6 News that officers were called to the area of Cross Street and Knollwood around 2:30 a.m.

Officers found a 34-year-old man with a gunshot wound, and he was taken to the hospital for treatment.
