What do you do when you hit a pothole?

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — It’s that time of the year when the roads freeze over at night, and the ice melts during the day, creating every driver’s worst nightmare, potholes.

Whether you like it or not, driving over a pothole is inevitable. Jerry Carpenter, owner of Liskey’s Auto and Truck Service, says his shop in Lansing sees around five to six cars a day come in with bent wheels from potholes.

“Boy, this time of year we do see a lot of wheel-related issues, alignment issues,” said Carpenter.

Carpenter says those repairs cost quite a penny…
