Lansing man sentenced to prison for Saginaw man’s fatal hit-and-run

SAGINAW, MI — A Lansing man is to spend at least four years in prison for killing a Saginaw man in a hit-and-run collision two years ago.

Saginaw County Circuit Judge Manvel Trice III on Monday, Jan. 12, sentenced Douglas L. Gengler, 53, to four to 20 years in prison. His advisory sentencing guidelines were from one to four years.
