EAST LANSING, Mich. — The East Lansing Hannah Community Center (ELHCC), 819 Abbot Road, will be open as a warming center on Monday, Jan. 19 due to a winter weather advisory. The ELHCC will be open from 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
