COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A 49-year-old Lansing man, Gregory Oswald-Matthew Wines, faces serious felony charges in Branch County District Court following allegations of criminal sexual conduct involving a 15-year-old girl in Coldwater.
According to court documents, Wines is accused of two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (person 13 through 15) and one count of accosting children for immoral purposes.
