EAST LANSING, Mich. — A new Shake Shack restaurant is opening in East Lansing next week, marking the chain’s 10th Michigan location and its first in the immediate Lansing area.
The East Lansing Shack will open Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. at 1306 E. Saginaw St. in Lansing, according to a press release from the company.
The restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday, offering a new late-night dining option for Michigan State University students, families and local residents…
