EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Seniors at East Lansing’s 1777 apartment complex off Haslett Road say they were left without heat for more than 2 days this week, prompting concerns about communication and unpaid utility bills.
This started on Wednesday morning, when they noticed the heat had turned off, and continued into Thursday.
