LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Consumers Energy customers will soon no longer be able to make in-person payments at the Lansing office.
Consumers announced Friday it is planning to close its direct payment office in Lansing at the end of May.
Officials say this is the result of “a reduction in customer traffic” and the utility is “encouraging customers to use more convenient and efficient ways of interacting with us.”…
