ANN ARBOR Mich. (WILX) – The University of Michigan Board of Regents voted unanimously to approve funding for two new Sparrow sites.
The Board of Regents approved funding for a new behavioral health center and a new ambulatory surgery center. Both are planned to open in Lansing.
