SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, MI – A series of weather-related crashes damaged a police vehicle and fire truck while shutting down a portion of I-69 for hours, according to Michigan State Police.
The initial collision happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, when a trooper had a patrol vehicle parked on the side of eastbound I-69, east of Morrice Road.
