Couple injured by falling antlers at popular steakhouse chain, lawsuit says

A couple says they were seriously injured after a set of antlers crashed down on them as they ate at a Longhorn Steakhouse.

According to a lawsuit reviewed and shared by The Independent, the bizarre incident occurred when Dennis and Patricia Swartz were eating in the Nashville suburb of Madison in February 2025.

They are seeking $150,000 each, claiming personal injury and lasting “mental anguish,” medical expenses, pain and suffering and “lost enjoyment of life and of certain social and recreational activities.”…
