A band of sometimes heavy snow moved across mid-Michigan Saturday night, dropping more than 2 inches of snow in the Lansing area.
Snowfall totals in Greater Lansing generally totaled between 1.5 and 2.5 inches. Some areas in Michigan where snow fell — from about Muskegon southeast toward Detroit — received more than 3 inches.
