Michigan State University’s ‘Zeke the WonderDog’ dies

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Michigan State University icon “Zeke the WonderDog” died peacefully over the weekend, his owners said.

The dog, whose given name was actually “Buckshot,” served the university community since 2016 as the fourth iteration of the frisbee-catching dog. Fans recognized Zeke for his performances during football games and other sporting events.

The Foley family announced the news on Facebook, remembering the dog’s impact on fans at sporting events and across the campus.
