LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Homebuyers like Jennifer and Brian Holcomb say finding the right property in Mid-Michigan takes patience. The couple tells 6 News it took six months before they were able to close on a four-bedroom home with open land in the Lansing area.
“I would also contribute it to the high interest rates and the fact that people were buying houses left and right up here,” Brian Holcomb said. “So, the inventory was extremely low.”
