East Lansing residents raise concerns over proposed 13-story downtown development

EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – East Lansing residents voiced concerns Tuesday during a public hearing on a proposed 13-story mixed-use building that could replace a downtown parking lot.

The project, proposed by Tareen Development Partners (TDP), would be built at 530 Albert Ave. and include apartments, ground-floor commercial space, and two levels of interior parking.
